Buffalo Wing Deviled Eggs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 12 oz Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread
  • 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • Smoked paprika, to garnish


WHAT TO DO

  1. Hard-boil, peel and half 6 eggs. Gently remove yolks into a medium size mixing bowl or mixer
  2. Combine chopped celery, egg yolks, cheese spread, and blue cheese. Mixing thoroughly until combined
  3. Put mixture into a sealed plastic bag, cutting one corner off the bag to use as a piping bag. Pipe mixture into prepared eggs
  4. Garnish with paprika and some kosher salt to finish
