Buffalo Wing Deviled Eggs
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 12 oz Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread
- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup diced celery
- Smoked paprika, to garnish
WHAT TO DO
- Hard-boil, peel and half 6 eggs. Gently remove yolks into a medium size mixing bowl or mixer
- Combine chopped celery, egg yolks, cheese spread, and blue cheese. Mixing thoroughly until combined
- Put mixture into a sealed plastic bag, cutting one corner off the bag to use as a piping bag. Pipe mixture into prepared eggs
- Garnish with paprika and some kosher salt to finish
