Buffalo Wing Flatbread
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 ea 7” pita or flatbread
- 4 tbsp Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread
- 3 oz cooked diced chicken
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 1 oz cayenne pepper sauce (hot sauce)
WHAT TO DO
- Spread the Yancey’s Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese Spread evenly across 1 side of the pita or flatbread
- Sprinkle the chicken, scallions, celery and blue cheese crumbles over top of the pita or flatbread
- Bake at 350º F until crispy on bottom and cheese begins to brown
- Lightly drizzle hot sauce over top and ENJOY
