WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 1 pizza dough
• 1 cup Yancey’s Fancy Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread
• 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 5 oz shredded cheddar cheese
• 10 oz thinly sliced roast beef
• 2 oz thinly sliced onion
• 1 ea diced tomato
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp caraway seeds

WHAT TO DO

1. Spread Yancey’s Fancy Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread evenly over pizza dough. Make sure to leave a large raised outer rim
2. Brush melted butter over raised outer rim of the pizza dough
3. Sprinkle kosher salt and caraway seeds liberally over the raised dough rim
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Spread
5. Add the sliced beef over the mozzarella
6. Top the roast beef with the tomatoes and onions
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tomatoes and onions
8. Bake at 400º F until pizza crust is golden brown
