I'd like to be the first to welcome you to the updated and redesigned! If you're familiar with our product you know first-hand that we take pride in doing things the old-fashioned way.

Our artisan cheeses are all hand-crafted with exceptional body and texture, using special curing techniques developed to emphasize taste which no longer is commercially available in cheddar types from most of the large cheese makers today. We also have a fine selection of traditional Euro-style cheeses cured on Canadian hardwood shelves. For those who fancy themselves some cheese curds, we are the largest Fresh Cheese Curd manufacturer on the East Coast. All this is done utilizing our local milk supply in Western New York, which offers some of the highest quality milk in the United States.
