Crumble using your hand, about 14.8 oz. (2 wedges) of Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar into a slow cooker, add about 6-7 oz. of water.
Turn slow cooker on high, stirring occasionally until it becomes a smooth sauce
Pour in 1 lb. of pre-cooked meatballs
Allow to cook until meatballs are completely cooked through, occasionally stirring throughout the process
Add a pinch of garlic powder
Add a pinch of onion powder
OPTIONAL: Add Salt and Pepper for taste
Turn heat down to low and serve
Serve as an appetizer, on a hoagie or steak roll, or over your favorite pasta
