Bring 2 1/2 - 3 oz. of water to boil
Crumble in approximately 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of any Yancey's Fancy® processed natural cheddars (i.e. Buffalo Wing, Savory Garlic, Wasabi, Smoked Gouda, etc.)
Stir until smooth
Lower heat to a simmer
Remove from heat and serve
