Yancey's Fancy® Famous 5-10 Minute Cheese Sauce

  1. Bring 2 1/2 - 3 oz. of water to boil

  2. Crumble in approximately 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of any Yancey's Fancy® processed natural cheddars (i.e. Buffalo Wing, Savory Garlic, Wasabi, Smoked Gouda, etc.)

  3. Stir until smooth

  4. Lower heat to a simmer

  5. Remove from heat and serve
