Melt 16 oz. of milk chocolate with 2-3 oz. of fresh milk in medium saucepan over low heat
Stir occasionally until creamy and smooth
Cut Yancey's Fancy® Strawberry Chardonnay Cheddar™ or Yancey's Fancy® Champagne Cheddar™ into small cubes
Remove chocolate sauce from pan
Place in serving bowl
Using toothpicks dip cubes into chocolate sauce
