In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat sauté onions and celery in butter until softened
Stir in flour
Cook and stir 1-2 minutes over low heat, do not brown
Slowly whisk in milk and broth
Stir in chicken wing sauce and using your hand crumble in 4 oz. Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat until cheese is melted
Serve topped with crumbled blue cheese and a celery stick inserted in bowl
