Hatch Chile Queso

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 packages (7.6 oz each) Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1⁄2 - 2 cups half and half

If you like your queso with some heat, add:

  • 2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles


WHAT TO DO

  1. Shred Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar Cheese
  2. Combine cheese with half and half in a crock pot and mix together
  3. Set crockpot to high power and let warm for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
  4. For spicier queso, add in your drained/diced green chiles
