Hatch Chile Queso
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 2 packages (7.6 oz each) Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 cups half and half
If you like your queso with some heat, add:
- 2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles
WHAT TO DO
- Shred Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar Cheese
- Combine cheese with half and half in a crock pot and mix together
- Set crockpot to high power and let warm for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- For spicier queso, add in your drained/diced green chiles
