Apple Pie Cheddar Bundles

What you'll need:

1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

1 (7.6-ounce) wedge Yancey’s Fancy® Apple Pie Cheddar cheese,

   cut into 16 (1/2-inch) chunks

1/2 cup caramels (about 12)

1 tablespoon milk

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

What to do:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles.  Place 2 chunks of Apple Pie Cheddar cheese on the wide end of each triangle of dough.  Roll up, tucking the sides in as you roll; pinch to seal. Place bundles on baking sheet, seam side down.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, heat caramels and milk until caramels are melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.  Drizzle bundles with caramel sauce, then sprinkle immediately with walnuts.  Serve warm.
