Loaded Breakfast Pizza

Loading up a breakfast pizza with tons of flavor has never been easier. That’s because the cheese makers at Yancey’s Fancy Cheese took their creamy cheddar and studded it with sun-dried tomatoes and bacon. Yes, we said sun-dried tomatoes and Bacon!! One bite and you’ll know why this is one of our new favorites.

What you will need:

1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust

8 eggs

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 cup shredded Yancey’s Fancy® Sun-Dried Tomato and Bacon cheese

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Coat a 10- by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll pizza crust dough onto baking sheet, forming the dough on the bottom and sides of the pan. Partially bake dough 10 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, water, salt, and pepper; mix well.  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.  Add egg mixture; scramble until eggs are firm.
  4. Spoon scrambled eggs over prepared crust; top evenly with mushrooms and cheese.  Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.  Slice and serve.
