Yancey's Fancy® Spicy Buffalo Wing Cheddar™ Cheese Fries 





  1. Bake French Fries according to manufacturer's specifications, season fries with salt, pepper or any of your other favorite seasonings

  2. In a separate saucepan bring 2 1/2 - 3 oz. of water to boil

  3. Crumble in approximately 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of any Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™ cheese (optional: Try Yancey's Fancy Jalapeno & Peppadew, Savory Garlic, Wasabi or Smoked Gouda)

  4. Stir until smooth

  5. Lower heat to a simmer

  6. Pour cheese sauce over fries

  7. Optional: Top with blue cheese or ranch dressing
