Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™ Chowder 




  1. In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat sauté onions and celery in butter until softened

  2. Stir in flour

  3. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes over low heat, do not brown

  4. Slowly whisk in milk and broth

  5. Stir in chicken wing sauce and using your hand crumble in 4 oz. Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™

  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat until cheese is melted

  7. Serve topped with crumbled blue cheese and a celery stick inserted in bowl
