1. Cook 6 Servings of French Fries to manufacturer's specifications, baked or fried

2. Heat 6 oz. of Yancey's Fancy® Cheese Curds in microwave oven in microwavable dish, covered with a paper towel, until melted.

3. Stir occasionally

4. Pour over finished fries Top with 8 oz. of hot beef or chicken gravy

5. Serve
