Yancey's Fancy® Hot Wasabi Cheddar™ Salmon

 

  1. Bring 2 1/2 - 3 oz. of water to a boil, reduce to simmer

  2. Crumble 8 oz. of Yancey's Fancy® Hot Wasabi Cheddar™ into the boiling water, stir until smooth

  3. Remove from heat, sauce should thicken as it cools

  4. Bake your salmon (approx. 24-28 oz.) until done to your taste, and golden brown

  5. Drizzle Yancey's Fancy® Hot Wasabi Cheddar™ Sauce over salmon

  6. Serves four
