Yancey's Fancy® Creamy Bergenost™ Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- 5 artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salad shrimp (optional)
- 8 oz. Yancey's Fancy® Bergenost™, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup spinach, finely chopped
- Pepper
- 1 Bag tortilla chips
Directions

Heat approximately 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat until oil faintly smokes
- Reduce heat to low, add scallions, artichoke hearts, garlic, and shrimp (optional)

Cook for 2-5 minutes

Shred Yancey's Fancy® Bergenost™, shreds best when chilled

Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise and Bergenost ™

When cheese is almost completely melted add chopped spinach

Stir until cheese is completely melted

Add pepper to taste

Remove from stove, pour into a serving dish

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
