Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™ Sloppy Joe

 

1. 1 lb. lean ground beef browned thoroughly

2. 3/4 cup ketchup

3. 7-8 oz. Yancey's Fancy® Buffalo Wing Cheddar™, cubed and melted in microwave at 50% power

4. Combine the ingredients and serve over toasted hamburger or Kaiser rolls, topped with thin slice of tomato or onion
