YANCEY'S FANCY® SQUASH CASSEROLE

 
INGREDIENTS:
1. Any type of Fall Squash cut into bite sized pieces
2. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3. 1/2 soup can of milk
4. 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
5. 8 ounces  Yancey's Fancy Sharp, Extra Sharp, or XXX Sharp Cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grease and fill a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with squash.
2. Pour soup and milk over squash and mix.
3. Toss bread crumbs on top of squash mixture.
4. Cover with shredded Yancey's Fancy Cheddar Cheese.
5. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
