Yancey's Fancy only recently came out with their Steakhouse Onion in June and already it's making headlines. In the 2011 New York State Fair Competition, Steakhouse Onion has taken home the Gold Medal. This marks the third year in a row that Yancey's has taken home a gold medal at the New York State Fair Competition.

Yancey's Fancy is continually listening to their customers, distributors and retailers and smaller, exact weight wedges is a topic that has been coming up quite often recently. In an effort to keep up with the requests of our customers we will be rolling out our 7.6 oz. exact weight wedges only in 16 of our processed flavored wedges currently.

Yancey's Fancy introduces their brand new Steakhouse Onion Aged Cheddar Cheese. First introduced at the 2011 IDDBA in Anaheim, CA it will remain a part of Yancey's Fancy's ever-growing assortment of flavored cheeses.
