Two of their new flavors, Natural Smoked Jalapeno & Cayenne Cheddar and Natural Smoked Applewood & Hickory Double Cream Cheddar are naturally smoked in a smoke house as opposed to adding an all natural liquid smoke flavor as they have done in the past. With the explosion of chipotle peppers recently Yancey's has introduced two cheeses that are sure to make your eyes water, with their Chipotle Cheddar and Chipotle & Habanero Cheddar.
