Corfu, NY (February 21, 2012) - Yancey's Fancy is proud to announce their 2012 sponsorship of Mazda Raceway at Laguna-Seca. Yancey's is increasing their auto-racing footprint even more, with sponsorships at Watkins Glen (New York), Phoenix International (AZ) and their third year with the American Le Mans Series. Laguna-Seca has some incredible events such as the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix, the American Le Mans and the Grand Am series, all of which are substantial marketing opportunities.

"We've had success with Laguna-Seca in the past through Le Mans and the ROLEX Grand Am Series," said Mike Wimble, Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Yancey's Fancy. "This is just the next logical step after everything we've seen over the past couple years. They're doing some fantastic things at the track and we're happy to officially support the track."

Since 1947 the Yancey's Fancy cheese factory has been producing hand-crafted cheeses, with a variety of over 40 different flavors which can be found at many retail stores nationwide; as well as through Kutter's Cheese House which is located on-site in Corfu, New York just off Exit 48A on Interstate 90. Yancey's Fancy is manufacturing these cheeses in wheels and wedges.
