YANCEY'S FANCY ROASTED GARLIC CHEDDAR GNOCCHI

Buffalo Soupfest Grand Prize Winner 2012

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup shredded Roasted Garlic Cheese
  • 21/4 lb Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups of flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and place into piping bag.
  2. Pipe out 1 inch sections into more flour to coat and set aside.
  3. Drop into boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Garnish your favorite soup or toss with your favorite sauce.
