Bacon Gouda Mac and Cheese with Chicken

1 lb. of pasta

2 Boneless chicken breast

Few blocks of Yancey's Fancy Smoked Gouda with Bacon Cheddar

1 jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce


1.      Grill chicken and cut into pieces.

2.      Boil and cook pasta. Drain.

3.      Combine in a casserole dish a few cups of cheese with pasta and chicken.

4.      Add Alfredo sauce to the dish and mix.

5.      Top the dish with leftover cheese

6.      Bake at 350 until cheese melted. About 30 min.
