Fettuccini Al' Gouda 

 

  1. Bring 2 1/2 - 3 oz. of water to boil
  2. Crumble in approximately 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) of Yancey's Fancy® Smoked Gouda™

  3. Stir until smooth

  4. Lower heat to a simmer

  5. Cook 1 lb. of Fettuccini following manufacturer's instructions

  6. Drain Fettuccini

  7. Pour Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce over pasta

  8. Serve
